The Foundation needed assistance figuring out the best approach to implement a collaborative, social networking platform which would enable us to share knowledge in 14 offices and among 1200 employees dispersed across the United States and Africa. Chess Media Group helped us to not only think about the software and systems involved, but to look at the project strategically. They helped us define and prioritize our objectives and guided us through the process of developing a solid Request for Proposal. They suggested potential vendors, talked us through different implementation options and helped us clarify what we really wanted to accomplish. In no time at all, they became part of the EGPAF virtual team! Despite our tight time frame and relative inexperience, Chess Media Group helped us to quickly get this important project on the right track. Not only did we benefit from their considerable depth of experience but we also got excellent value from our partnership – they were very generous in providing nuggets of industry expertise that we wouldn’t have thought of on our own. We would happily engage the Chess Media Group again in the future — I highly recommend them.
